Has silicone piece at where it fits over the shower pipe that keeps it from slipping down. I would expect this to cost more. However, as soon as the bathroom starting getting regularly used, the caddy started to rust, and has now been thrown out. Pretty amazing, since that bathroom did not get much use. I'd avoid this one.
