Comment: These faucets are rich and elegant looking. I am very pleased with them and bought five sets to use in all my bathrooms. They are worth far more than what I paid for them and I could not be happier with their look and function. Exception value!

Summary: BUY a basin wrench! You will thank me later...
Comment: Install was time consuming, but make sure you purchase a basin wrench before you even head for under your sink! It will save you a lot of cursing and headache. This replaced an old, crusty gold price pfister faucet and the difference is amazing! This faucet really updates your bathroom and feels solid when you are using it. I gave it only 4 stars because it has a constant *drip* even with both handles in the off position. A phone call into Price Pfister and they are sending out new valve stems which will supposedly fix my issue. If it weren't for the annoying drip I would have rated 5 stars. I will report back once I receive the new stems from Price Pfister, hopefully everything will work like it should.

Summary: Beautiful but packaged poorly and install is a nightmare
Comment: The faucet is not packaged properly from the manufacturer. It was dented and scratched when it arrived. Price Pfister did sent out a replacement. It was also minorly scratched because they failed to package it properly. The install was five hours. The install employs no modern time saving features that I've seen on other faucets. It is beautiful. I'd think twice about purchasing another Price Pfister faucet.
