Comment: This was a replacement faucet. Looks great! It's the first thing people notice when they walk into our kitchen. It was easier to install than it was to remove the old faucet. Maybe an hour and a half all together. Works flawlessly, no runs, no drips. It seems to have magically increased the water pressure as well! If you are working for a "commercial" look in your kitchen, this will help get you there and it won't break the bank.

Comment: I spent a lot of time doing research on pre-rinse faucets and this is where I ended up. A good mix of looks, functionality, quality, and a reasonable price. It might be a bit of a compromise on the sprayer unit, but well worth it for the money. Installed as well as any faucet could be expected to. Does not come with a base plate to go from 3-hole to 1-hole, so get one elsewhere if you need it.

Comment: This faucet almost makes me want to do dishes! It is especially good for cleaning large items like pots, griddles, etc. Construction is overall very solid. I only gave it 4 stars because the handle is not stainless like the rest of it. It's one of the best parts of my new kitchen.
