Comment: I would like to meet the idiot who designed this. Whats the big idea of not putting a waterproof switch in something that sets right by the kitchen sink?

Comment: This failed about 2 months into usage. I returned it, to have the second fail as well. The mechanism to bring the soap up is apparently frail, and it's impossible to just get the spare part. The device itself has rather balky sensor technology, as it frequently seems to be in a "reset" mode and won't respond. It is also very hard to fill; the pump siphon must be unscrewed and taken apart (possibly responsible for its short service life) and soap poured into a relatively small hole. There is no way to tell if it's overfilling..... until it does. Look elsewhere.

Comment: I have 3 of these chrome soap dispensers and love them. They work well (make sure the liquid isn't too thick), look sleek with my other chrome appliances in my kitchen and my kids will now wash their hands! Everyone who sees it wants one. Great product, works well - I am very happy with it.

Comment: This product worked for a month until I had to refill it. The instructions said you would only have to prime it once so I discarded the priming mechanism. That was a mistake. If you buy one, keep all the parts, you will probably need them.

Comment: My previous experience with hands free soap dispensers have been terrible. They would only work for one day or one week. They would dispense when you even got close to them or dispense at all. I was constantly cleaning soap off my counter and sink top.
I purchased two of these dispensers and absolutely love them. They look very nice in kitchens or bathrooms. They always dispense on every use and never when passing by close to them. This is the BEST dispenser I have purchased, and it works!
Great look, works good and reasonable priced. Try one, you will love it.
